This river receives the water of all the other rivers in the World\u2019s largest Wetland. Arrival and accommodation at the Baiazinha Lodge \u2013 a nice and comfortable resort on the river banks with some rooms built on the top of the rocks, with a view to the river and others to the swimming pool. After long time seriously endangered, due to the trust that they were responsible for the killing of cattle (which is the only economic activity before tourism), the largest cat in Americas have found peace and tranquility for their survival with the creation of the Tayam\u00e3 Ecological Station. This magnificent place is an island with many other little rivers protected, with fishing forbidden all over the island.\u00a0 Due to the remoteness of the area, Jaguars there are less used to the human beings, so, in spite of being harder to observe them, this is compensated with the pleasure of not having other dozen of boats surrounding you, allowing us to have private sights. The large diversity of aquatic environments has as its only inhabitants the innumerous species of wildlife that include the Giant-river Otters \u2013 the \u2018wolves of the rivers\u2019 as well as Tapirs and many Capybaras and Caimans. Taking a fast motor boat equipped with radio-communication is the best and most guaranteed way to see Jaguars. The Jaguars could be hidden, just resting on the river banks, or playing on the beaches, or hunting Caimans and Capybaras. For exploring the Tayam\u00e3 station, we must be during the whole day in the boat ride, carrying our lunch in box and return to the lodge just during the sunset. Hopefully we would have seen Jaguars on the days before and be also able to see another huge variety of animals, including birds and reptiles, like the Herons, Oropendulas, Toucans, Troupials, Jacamars, etc. After driving about 5h with lunch on the way, arrival to the lodge in time for taking a boat ride in a small river, changing the environment and enriching the variety of wildlife seeing on this only water resource in a 35 km of diameter. After long time seriously endangered, due to the trust that they were responsible for the killing of cattle (which is the only economic activity before tourism), the largest cat in Americas have found peace and tranquility for their survival with the creation of the Meeting of Waters Park. This magnificent place is where the 3 rivers- The Three Brothers, Cuiab\u00e1 and Piquiri meet each other, offering us a large diversity of environments (lakes, islands, marshes, beaches, banks, fields and forests on big and small water courses) which only inhabitants are the innumerous species of wildlife, that include the Giant-river Otters \u2013 the \u2018wolves of the rivers\u2019 as well as Tapirs and many Capybaras and Caiman, as well as the Black-skimmers. Return for breakfast, having the rest of the morning for a horse ride \u2013the most versatile way to explore places that aren\u2019t reached neither by feet, nor by a vehicle. Animals are so used to them that they don\u2019t perceive the rider on its top, which makes a very good way to approach wildlife. This sightseeing includes a walk on some mound-hill for making it easier to photograph the Haycinth Macaws and many other birds that nest there, together with other mammals, such as primates, rodents and carnivores. This river receives the water of all the other rivers in the World\u2019s largest Wetland. Due to the remoteness of the area, Jaguars there are less used to the human beings, so, in spite of being harder to observe them, this is compensated with the pleasure of not having other dozen of boats surrounding you. This magnificent place is where the 3 rivers- The Three Brothers, Cuiab\u00e1 and Piquiri meet each other, offering us a large diversity of environments (lakes, islands, marshes, beaches, banks, fields and forests on big and small water courses) which only inhabitants are the innumerous species of wildlife, that include the Giant-river Otters \u2013 the \u2018wolves of the rivers\u2019 as well as Tapirs and many Capybaras and Caiman.
